Class Schedule

To view the current Group Fitness Class Schedule, please check this site regularly. Class reservations may be made three (3) days prior. Class Schedule is subject to change without notice.

For ALL Group Fitness classes, please bring a mat, towel, and water.

* NOT A MEMBER – FREE Group Fitness Class Trial includes CrossFit Foundations (Beginners). Click ‘Try It FREE’. Then, select the Group Fitness Class you would like to experience.

To Drop In to any of our regular CrossFit Classes, you must have > 6 months of CF experience and can demonstrate a few randomly chosen movements. CF Drop In fee is only $15. Click ‘CrossFit Drop IN’. Next, choose the Date you would like to WOD. Then, enter your E-mail address and click Continue. Follow the prompts to complete the online waiver and pay the $15 Drop In fee.
