I took my first group class at Lay It Down Fitness last night and I loved it! The Tai Chi instructor, Gene, is an excellent teacher. I have very strict… More criteria for choosing a place to exercise: the space feels warm and welcoming; the exercises are suitable to my fitness level; the class is small enough that it doesn't feel impersonal; there are others in the class who like me need to get in shape; the instructor is easy to understand and follow; and people of diverse cultures and colors are in the space with me. By the end of my class it was clear that all my criteria were met. Plus it can be a little intimidating as a 70-year-old woman to walk into a gym for the first time, but Coach Larry was so encouraging on the phone and made me feel like family from the moment I came through the door. I’m grateful to have found a place where I can pursue my fitness goals in an atmosphere that reflects the things I value.

They go out the way MOTIVATE u which is a #1 for me to keep going and staying on track. This place is alot more reasonable then any other place you go to. Check them out and think twice before going else where.
