With Lay It Down Fitness & Nutrition Center’s 1-on-1 Personal Training (PT) Services, it’s all about you and how  we can help you improve your Cardio and Physical capabilities.

Whether 1 session or up to 24 sessions, with one of our Licensed/Certified Personal Trainers, we build a daily training plan that’s personalized to your current and future health and fitness goals.

During an initial 30 mins session, we gather some basic health information about you, record your measurements and bodymetrics, capture your initial progress pictures, and allow you to complete a 3-minute step test. Afterwards, ALL results are reviewed with you.

During an initial 60 mins session, we complete everything within an initial 30 mins session plus allow you to test your fitness by completing our Baseline Workout (BLWO). The BLWO includes a warmup, mobilization, instruction and training on the BLWO movements/exercises, body movement assessment, key form and technique corrections, timed results, and a cooldown/stretch. Afterwards, ALL results are reviewed with you.
