However, using The Dirty Dozen list below, we will recommend you pick 1 – 2 items from the list to cut back on over the next 21 days + journal how you feel and how your body responds to the change. After that, we will suggest replacing the items with a healthier alternative over the next 21 days. Again, we would like you to journal how you feel and how your body responds to the change.
